Lately

So this year is just flying by so here is what we’ve been up to lately…
The kids have been getting used to having a new baby around and are enjoying the same things he does…. So far they have all crawled under the play mat with Levi to check out the view. Only Caleb has also tried out Levi’s swing, bouncy chair, pacifier and has finished off a few bottles of formula.
Found Caleb sleeping nice and snuggly with his sock monkey the other night and had to snap a picture!! Love that they are in the same position!!
And for the big news….
Layla lost her first tooth!! I was a little relieved that is happened at school since loosing a tooth kind of gives me with willies!! Sadly the tooth fell out while she was eating a granola bar at school and must have swallowed it since it wasn’t until her friend pointed it out that she noticed it was gone. While crying on our way home about it she showed me all the fun things she got from her teacher. Poor thing was really unset but writing a sweet note to the tooth fairy seemed to help. She was so excited to see a whole dollar under her pillow the next morning. Somehow the tooth fairy must have stopped at Grandma and Boppas cause they had money for her too!!
Life is finally getting into a little more of a grove now that Levi is a little more scheduled and I got a monkey backpack harness for Caleb!! The girls are still enjoying school and Brian is adjusting to his new job at Bank of Manhattan!! Sometimes I just feel like I’m just on a roller coaster going wild but if I remember to throw up my hands and just enjoy the ride it’s a lot of fun!!

Have a couple snap shots of Levi who is now over two months old and starting to get in the groove of our overly busy life with three siblings.
So far Levi has proved to be our most challenging baby so far but really it’s been pretty easy. He LOVES to sleep. I find myself still waking him up to eat during the day. The challenge is this little guy has the worst gas and he’ll wake up screaming with gas pain then going back to sleep. Hoping that ends soon but still trying to treasure the late night feedings and cuddles cause all to soon it will be late night worrying when the kids are out.
